Privacy Policy

Draft from the SDM template. Lauren reviews this page before launch.

Flawless Cuisine Inc. (“Flawless Cuisine”, “we”) runs flawlesscuisineinc.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • What you send us on our forms: your name, email, phone number and the details of your event or request.
  • Orders from our shop: what you bought and where to ship it. Payment details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
  • How you found us: the page you first landed on, the site or ad that sent you, and the date.
  • Basic site usage through cookies and analytics (see the Cookie Policy).

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry, send your proposal and plan your event.
  • To process and ship shop orders.
  • To send The Flawless List emails if you join, and texts about your inquiry if you agree to them.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site.

Who helps us

We use GoHighLevel to manage inquiries, messages and bookings, a payment processor for payments, and Google Analytics to measure site visits. They process your information for us under their own security terms. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you check the text message box on a form, we may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies

We use a first-party cookie called fc_ft to remember how you first found the site, for up to 90 days, and analytics cookies to count visits. See the Cookie Policy.

Your California privacy rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Call (619) 576-4222 or send a request through the inquiry form. We will not treat you differently for asking.
